The secret to closing more deals as a real estate agent

Did you know we real estate agents often work together to meet our client’s needs and close more deals? Here’s the thing: adults need villages, too, not just children, and collaborating with other agents is the quickest, best, and most efficient way to get the job done.

Together, we can leverage each other's networks, resources and expertise, pool our knowledge of different neighborhoods, and build a community of support for professionals in our industry. This is just the beginning of how our working together can work wonders for our clients.

Over the years, I’ve learned so much from the partnerships I’ve formed with other agents — it's just one of the perks of living and working in such a community-minded profession. It's also a huge bonus that the Bitterroot Valley is a close knit community where it seems everybody knows everybody!

I'll never forget working with Melissa Shields - Kelly Right Real Estate and her sellers on a home in Corvallis where my buyers purchased their first home. Without our creativity and collaboration in such a difficult/fast paced market at the time, the outcome likely wouldn't have been the same. There's countless other notable agents I've had the pleasure of partnering with in this community like Kelly Whitmoyer, Glacier Sotheby's , Misty Madruga of EXIT Realty Bitterroot Valley, and Jani Summers of Engel and Voelkers Western Frontier. The list goes on.

So, the next time you buy or sell a home, give me a call! And know you’ll have me — and all my agent comrades — ready to help you reach your real estate goals.

Don’t hesitate to reach out, I’m here to help in any way I can!

Pictured here with me is the lovely Vanessa Knox. Although she's no longer a licensed agent, it was a pleasure to collaborate with her when we did.
