Equity Assessment

The first step in deciding what your next move should be is to determine how much equity you possess in your property.

Your property value is largely based on sales of comparable properties in proximity to yours.  We will collect the data for recent closed sales, pending sales, and active listings to provide an estimated price range you might receive for the sale of your property. We will also factor in the unique features that may have an effect on value.

 

This assessment will also provide you an indication of the current equity you have accumulated for your home or parcel of land.  The comprehensive report will help you better understand your financial choices and opportunities moving forward.

Often, owners of income producing properties are looking for ways to defer capital gain taxes on their investment properties.  If you own an investment property here in Montana, and are considering participating in a 1031-Exchange, rest assured we work with local third party intermediates to ensure the sale strictly adheres to the guidelines outlined in the 1031-Exchange transfer requirements.
